PitchPage vs sending a Loom link plus a Calendly link

Most follow-ups today are a few links in one message: a Loom video, a Calendly link, maybe a proposal. PitchPage puts the same video and the same calendar on one page. Here is when each approach is the better choice.

What stays the same

PitchPage does not replace Loom or Calendly. You still record in Loom (or upload to YouTube) and take bookings in Calendly (or Cal.com). PitchPage embeds both on one page, with your greeting at the top.

When the two links are enough

  • You are sending one quick video to someone who already expects it.
  • They only need to watch, not book a time.
  • You do not want another subscription.

When one page is the better choice

  • They need to watch and then book, and you have seen threads go quiet between the two.
  • You send the same kind of follow-up often — demo recaps, proposals, showings — and want each one to look made for that person.
  • You want a next step after the call, such as a checkout or a form, in the same place.

Questions

Do I still need Loom and Calendly?
Yes. PitchPage does not record video or run your calendar: it embeds a Loom or YouTube video and a Calendly or Cal.com booking page. Bookings land in your calendar exactly as they do today.
Can PitchPage take the payment?
No. On Pro you can add a button that links to your own Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy or other HTTPS checkout, and the payment happens there.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with 7 days of Pro, up to 3 pages, with no card. The trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
