A Loom alternative for sales, or a better home for your Looms
Loom is excellent at recording and sharing video. PitchPage puts that video on a page made for one prospect, with your calendar and a next step. You can keep recording in Loom, or record in PitchPage instead.

Hi Sam, I recorded this after looking at your onboarding flow.

You may not need to choose. Keep Loom if you like how it records, and use PitchPage for the page your prospect receives. Replace Loom only if PitchPage’s simpler recorder covers your outreach.
Choose PitchPage if
- You send outreach or follow-ups and want a calendar in view while the prospect watches.
- You want a greeting, your name and company, and a button around the video.
- You use a scheduling tool other than Calendly, which is the only one Loom integrates with today.
- Your outreach clips are short, and PitchPage’s recorder would be enough.
Choose Loom if
- You record long videos, or need editing, transcripts, captions or AI summaries.
- Most of your video is internal, such as updates and walkthroughs for your team.
- You want viewer and engagement insights on each video.
- A Calendly link as a call-to-action on the video is all the booking you need.
When do both make sense?
This is the setup we would try first. Record in Loom as you do today, paste the share link into PitchPage, and send the page instead of the bare video link. A paid Loom plan is optional.
Which of these two people are you?
You are looking for a Loom alternative for sales
PitchPage records your camera or screen in the page editor, so you can send outreach without a separate video tool. Clips run up to 5 minutes, in one take, with no editing. That is a fit for short prospecting videos, not a replacement for everything Loom does.
You already use Loom and want more from those videos
Keep your Loom workflow. Paste the link into PitchPage and your video plays on a page with your greeting, a calendar and a button. You turn a Loom video into a meeting without asking the prospect to open a second link.
Loom vs PitchPage: how do they compare?
Loom is the stronger video tool. PitchPage is focused on the page the prospect receives.

What does PitchPage add to a Loom video?
The calendar is there while they watch
Loom’s Calendly integration shows a call-to-action and a booking pop-up once the video finishes. On a PitchPage, a calendar that allows embedding is on the page from the start, so a prospect can book at any point.
It works with the scheduling tool you already use
Loom’s help pages say Calendly is its only scheduling integration today. PitchPage takes almost any scheduling link, including Cal.com, SavvyCal, HubSpot Meetings and Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
You can add a next step from a free Loom plan
Call-to-action buttons on a Loom video need a Business plan or higher. On a PitchPage, the calendar and the button belong to the page, so they work with a video from any Loom plan.
The page says who it is for
A Loom share page is about the video. A PitchPage opens with your line to that person, with your name and company, so it reads as a message written for them. You can use your own brand color too.
What does this look like for a founder doing outreach?
Here is an example: a founder sending personal videos to a short list of prospects.
- Record your walkthrough in Loom as usual and copy the share link.
- Start a page in PitchPage, paste the Loom link, and add your scheduling link.
- Write one line to the prospect, and add a button to your one-pager if you have one.
- Send the PitchPage link instead of the Loom link. For the next prospect, make a new page with a new greeting.
- Check views, plays and clicks in PitchPage, and your bookings in your scheduling tool.

What does Loom plus PitchPage cost?
Using PitchPage does not require a paid Loom plan. Loom Starter plus PitchPage Pro comes to $25/month, plus your scheduling tool, if it is a paid one. If you already pay for Loom Business, PitchPage is an added cost, and you should keep it only if the page earns more replies or meetings for you.
PitchPage Pro
$25/month
Unlimited pages, billed monthly. 7 days of Pro with up to 3 pages and no credit card. The trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
Loom’s published plans

What do people ask about switching from Loom?
- Do I have to stop using Loom to use PitchPage?
- No. Paste a Loom share link and it plays on your page. You do not have to change how you record.
- Can I add Calendly to a Loom video?
- Yes, on Loom Business and above: add your Calendly link as a call-to-action and viewers get a booking pop-up after the video. PitchPage takes a different approach and puts your calendar on the page beside the video. PitchPage vs a Loom link plus a Calendly link.
- Is PitchPage a full replacement for Loom?
- No. PitchPage records one take of up to 5 minutes, with no editing or captions, and has no transcripts or AI tools. It can replace Loom for short outreach videos, but not for long recordings or internal video.
- What happens to my Loom viewer insights?
- PitchPage does not import them. In PitchPage, you see page views, video plays and button clicks as totals, not who watched or how much. We have not tested how Loom counts views inside an embed, so check your Loom insights after your first few sends if you rely on them.
- Does a personalized Loom landing page need a new page for each prospect?
- Yes, if you want each one to greet a different person. Each page has its own address, greeting and video. The trial allows 3 pages, and Pro allows unlimited pages.
- Can I try it with a free Loom account?
- Yes. Paste a Loom link during the 7-day PitchPage trial. You do not need a card for PitchPage or a paid Loom plan.
Where do these facts come from?
What Loom does is taken from its own public pages, checked on November 4, 2026. These products change, so tell us if something is out of date. PitchPage is not affiliated with Loom.
