By accessing or using PitchPage, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PitchPage provides a platform for users to create personalized video pitches, landing pages, and proposals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PitchPage cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PitchPage for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content remains yours. However, by uploading content to PitchPage, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of providing the service. The PitchPage platform, branding, and code are the exclusive property of PitchPage.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PitchPage be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service.
