Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

PitchPage is operated by Shafqat Shadaab, an individual doing business as a sole proprietor. In these Terms, “PitchPage”, “we” and “us” mean Shafqat Shadaab as the operator of PitchPage, and “you” means the person using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. The service

PitchPage lets you build a shareable web page that combines an embedded video from Loom or YouTube, an embedded booking calendar from Calendly or Cal.com, a short greeting, and an optional button linking to a destination you choose. Pages are published at an address on pitchpage.pro.

Where native video is available on your account, you can instead upload a video file or record one in the page editor, with your camera and microphone or, on a computer, of a screen, window or tab you choose. PitchPage stores and delivers those videos using Cloudflare, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Apart from videos you upload or record in PitchPage, PitchPage does not host your videos, run your calendar or process payments made through your button. Those services are provided by third parties (section 11).

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly at support@pitchpage.pro if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google, Google’s terms also apply to your Google account.

4. Free trial

• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of PitchPage Pro, beginning when the account is created.
• No payment method is collected, nothing is charged, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.
• During the trial you get every Pro feature, with up to 3 pages.
• The trial runs once per account and cannot be extended or restarted.
• When the trial ends, you can no longer create or edit pages. Your existing pages stay published and keep working at their links, and your account and content are kept. You can still delete pages at any time, and subscribing to Pro restores creating and editing.

5. Pro subscriptions and renewal

• Pro costs $25 per month. You subscribe only by choosing to upgrade from Dashboard → Billing, which opens a Lemon Squeezy checkout.
• Lemon Squeezy sells the subscription as merchant of record: it processes the payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues receipts. Its terms apply to the purchase as well as these Terms.
• Your subscription renews until it is canceled: Lemon Squeezy charges the subscription price at the start of each monthly billing period.
• While Pro is active, you can create unlimited pages and use every Pro feature.
• If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it. Pro stays available while those retries are in progress; if the payment still cannot be collected, Pro ends.

6. Canceling Pro

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal, or by contacting us at support@pitchpage.pro.

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund payments already made (section 7). Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you can resume the subscription before then. When Pro ends, your account works as it does after a trial: existing pages stay published and your content is kept, but you cannot create or edit pages until you subscribe again.

Deleting your PitchPage account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it first.

7. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or a charge was a duplicate or made in error. This includes payments for a billing period in which you cancel or stop using PitchPage.

To ask for a refund, email support@pitchpage.pro with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy keeps its rights under its own terms, including any right to issue a refund, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund that you have under the law that applies to you.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to PitchPage, including your page text, links and profile information. You are responsible for that content and confirm that you have the rights to use it, including the videos, names, logos and links on your pages. If you upload or record a video, you are also responsible for having the permission of anyone who can be seen or heard in it. If you record your screen, you are responsible for what it shows and plays, including other people’s information and content.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and transmit your content, only as needed to publish your pages and to operate, secure and provide PitchPage. This is the license needed to host and display your pages. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until they expire and anything we must keep by law.

The PitchPage name, logo, website and software belong to us. These Terms give you no right to them other than to use the service.

9. Page visibility

Every page you create is published and can be opened by anyone who has its link. PitchPage has no private or password-protected pages.

Unlisted pages (the default) are left out of our sitemap and ask search engines not to list them; Public pages are included in our sitemap. Neither setting controls who can open a page, so do not put confidential information on a page. To take a page offline, delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PitchPage to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• impersonate a person, business or brand, or mislead people about who you are;
• publish or link to fraudulent, deceptive or malicious content, including phishing pages, fake checkout pages and malware;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone, or publish hateful, violent or sexually explicit content;
• send pages in spam or other unsolicited messages that break the law;
• collect other people’s personal information without a lawful basis;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or get around its security, usage limits or trial;
• copy, resell or access the service by automated means, except as we allow in writing.

We may remove a page, restrict an account or close it if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, or if the law requires it.

11. Third-party services

PitchPage connects to services we do not control: embedded videos (Loom and YouTube), booking calendars (Calendly and Cal.com), Google sign-in, Lemon Squeezy for subscriptions, and any destination you link to. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions. If a provider changes or stops its service, embeds that depend on it may stop working.

Payments your visitors make through a link on your page are between you, your visitor and your payment provider. PitchPage is not a party to them.

12. Account deletion, suspension and termination

You can stop using PitchPage at any time. To delete your account, email support@pitchpage.pro from the address on the account. Deleting your account removes your profile, your pages and the profile images you uploaded, and your published links stop working; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to backups and billing records. Cancel any Pro subscription separately (section 6).

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use creates a risk for other users, third parties or the service. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

13. Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features of PitchPage. If a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. If we decide to stop offering PitchPage, we will try to give account holders reasonable notice.

14. Disclaimers

PitchPage is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that embedded or linked third-party content will work.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, PitchPage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Disputes

If you have a concern or a dispute about PitchPage, please email support@pitchpage.pro first so that we can try to resolve it informally.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to PitchPage, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be handled by the applicable state or federal courts located in New York City, New York. These Terms do not require arbitration.

If you use PitchPage as a consumer, this section does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, including any right you have under those laws to bring a claim in your local courts.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and if a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to tell account holders before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use PitchPage after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
